Account & Data Deletion Policy
Your privacy is our priority. If you no longer wish to use Orbital and want to completely wipe your presence from our servers, you have two ways to request the immediate deletion of your account and all associated data.
1 Immediate In-App Deletion
RecommendedFollow these steps inside the Orbital app to instantly delete your account:
- 1 Open the Orbital app.
- 2 Navigate to your Profile screen.
- 3 Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
- 4 Tap Delete Account.
- 5 Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account and all data will be permanently erased immediately upon confirmation.
2 Email Request
If you have not uninstalled the app yet and prefer to request deletion via email, you can also find this option in the app's Help & Support section. Tap the email support button there, or follow these steps:
- 1 Send an email to anishkhadamkar10@gmail.com.
- 2 Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
- 3 Include the email address associated with your Orbital account in the body of the email.
- 4 We will process your request and delete all data promptly.
Data Retention Policy
What is Deleted
- ✕ Authentication credentials
- ✕ Profile information
- ✕ All User-Generated Content
- (Tasks, Focus Sessions, Streaks)
What is Kept
Nothing. We do not retain any personal data after an account deletion request is processed. Your slate is wiped clean.
